Leveraging her keen eye for aesthetics and passion for innovation to transform creative concepts into visually stunning designs, Dejane is dedicated to delivering innovative content that resonates with each client.
What started as a simple passion for creating unforgettable moments with her friends and family has evolved into a decade-long business specializing in avant-garde events. Marrying her knack for DIY projects with her passion for experiential storytelling, Lakarra takes a people-centric approach to transforming visions into realized experiences. As Creative Director of SYP Event Group, Lakarra has curated everything from intimate sleepovers to “Galentines Day” dinner parties, and even large-scale baby showers. Often recognized for her innovation and signature approach to customizing every event to tell a story that is unique to each of her clients, Lakarra leads with the belief that life's celebrations are never just an event, but always a production.

Little did she know that her instinctive abilities would lead her to create an event planning and design business alongside her daughter. A certified event professional with a passion for operational excellence and event innovation, Tara brings a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on expertise to every project. As Director of Operations and Planning at SYP Event Group, Tara is responsible for orchestrating seamless experiences from conception to execution. From large-scale corporate events to the most intimate gatherings, her approach ensures that every event is meticulously planned, flawlessly executed, and leaves a lasting impression.

As SYP Event Group's Director of Marketing & Growth, Kayla spearheads the development of comprehensive marketing strategies for the business and supports with the creative conceptualization of branded client moments.
